Confirmation of Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 30% of full treatment. No shows will be charged the full amount. No shows are charged the full amount of treatment.

Christmas

This is our busiest time of year and we try and accommodate all our clients. If you cancel the 7 days leading up the 25th of December without 24hr notice the full amount of the treatment will be charged.

Gift Vouchers

All Gift Voucher are valid for 5 years from date of purchase.These cannot be exchanged for money or other gift cards.

Tip & Gratuity Notice

Tips & Gratuities are made at the discretion of our clients and will never be added onto your bill.

W Beauty staff receive 100% of all tips whether they be left in cash or via strikepay.

Cash Tips

Please advise our Front Desk how you would like your tip to be distributed otherwise we will distribute it evenly amongst the member of Staff who looked after you.

Strikepay

Strikepay is a third party tipping platform.  When you use strikepay.

The tip is sent directly to the staff members Strikepay account

Strikepay do charge a fee for using their platform which you, the tipper. can choose to pay on behalf of the staff member or you can choose to have the fee deducted from the tip.
